I was so excited about Combined Listings, but this characteristic of the feature renders it useless. The whole idea would be to consolidate multiple sizes/colors under one page, so it doesn’t clutter the collection page. But, since you can’t hide the original product pages that you pull into a Combined Listing, that key benefit isn’t satisfied. Is anyone actually using Combined Listings? I’d be curious to hear from them, but most that I’ve heard from can’t use it because of this drawback.
