HI , I have deleted chat app talk.to from my app list but still the app is showing up on my mobile site , kindly suggest how to remove it??

You delete the app, but have you delete the leftover code from your theme as well?
Please find a guide of how to remove leftover code, or contact the app provider. They’ll help you!

When you delete an app from your Shopify store, it doesn’t necessarily remove the code that was injected into the theme when the app was installed. Typically, app developers have uninstallation documentation on their website and this needs to be followed in order to remove the code. When an uninstallation guide isn’t available, contacting the app developers for assistance is the best course of action to remove the code. The developer’s website and contact details are found on the Support tab of the app’s listing on the Shopify App Store.
I tried to look for the app to help you find out if it has an uninstallation guide, however, I wasn’t able to find an app named “talk.to” on the Shopify App Store. I did find, tawk.to Live chat–is this the app you’re referring to? If so, they don’t seem to have an uninstallation guide on their website so it’s best to contact them for assistance with removing the code.
