I had the 1mb free trial and i upgraded to the 5 dollar plan and I got an archive of my themes but now I cant even use them

Can you elaborate on what you are referring to when mentioning 1mb?

Please note, the Starter Plan doesn’t have the same Online Store functionality as the other plans. You are only able to access the Spotlight Theme which has extremely limited functionality. All other themes are for the Basic Plan and above. This is due to the Starter Plan being geared towards individuals whose online selling is geared towards social media sales.

Well, I think he was talking about the sales channel: online store, but one can easily recover the online store by going to the sales channel option and then either by selecting it at the top or by going to all recommended sales channels.
