I downloaded an app for quotes and now the app won’t open and even after deleting it is still effecting my store, does anyone know how to fix this?

Do you know the name of the app you used? I would recommend getting in touch with the app developers directly. They will be able to assist you in finding and removing any potential residual code that remains in your theme files to get rid of the effects it’s having on your storefront.
