Thanks in advance for help with this technical question ![]()
Question - is anyone else using Deliverr fast tags and having an issue with it adding a new shipping option to the checkout, on top of the shipping options you already have (making things confusing for the shopper)? And if so, is there a way to resolve this so shoppers don’t see 2 express shipping options?
Context
Our USA Shopify store (Shopify Plus) is using Deliverr and we have just installed Deliverr fast tags on our store. This is a widget that sits on the product page (image 1) and shows a shopper how quickly the product will arrive. It determines this based on their proximity to a Deliverr warehouse. When they get to the checkout they will see the same express shipping option that promises the same number of days e.g. 3 day express shipping (see image 2).

The problem we’re having with the fast tag is that people are now seeing 2 express shipping options in the checkout, adding confusion for the shopper.
They are seeing our current express shipping option AND the express shipping option Deliverr is adding. Is there a way to resolve this WITHOUT deleting our current express option? The reason we don’t want to do this is explained below.
-
It doesn’t make sense for the shopper to see 2 express options (a 3-day and a 2-day). Also, depending on the location of the shopper, the Deliverr shipping option will change between next day, 2 day and 3 day.
-
If the shopper doesn’t qualify for Deliverr fast tags express shipping, and we go ahead and delete our express shipping option, then the shopper won’t see any express shipping option. We always want to a free standard option and a paid express option.
Note – all of our product is stocked in America at Deliverr warehouses.
Ideally, when the Deliverr express option is available, it would replace our express option. But I don’t think that’s possible? Are there any other settings/options I’ve missed? Is there another way to resolve this or tidy it up?
Sorry about the technical question and thanks very much for your time and help ![]()
