Delivery addresses not recognised on our Shopify store

We have an established Shopify store, tradig for seaveral years with no issues. Recently, we have had numerous customers writing to us stating that the delivery address is recognised, losing sales and creating frustration.

‘We do not ship to this address’ is the error message**.** (orders are over minimum order values)

We absolutely do deliver across all of the UK.

We would be incredibly grateful for any ideas, where we could start or what we can do to find out where the error is occuring and / or ideally fix this.

Thanks for replying; I genuinely appreciate it.

It is a physical product from one location (our shop), we never had the issues, but in the past several weeks, we got customer feedback they tried to order, but their address not recognised by Shopify. One or two customers a day write to us, but no idea how many give up.
