delivery date estimate based on product inventory

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if there are any apps available that can integrate a delivery date estimate for customers based on product inventory. For example, if I have 3 units of a product in stock, the delivery estimate would show 1-3 days. If I have no stock, the estimate would be 5-10 days, depending on whether the product is from a local or remote warehouse. Also, the delivery estimate should adjust based on the specific product size. Even if the same product is available, different sizes should show different delivery times.

I’m looking for an app to handle this, but if there’s no app that can do this, I’m open to coding it myself.

If you want to display the delivery date at checkout along with the shipping rate, we might be able to help with our app JsRates (https://apps.shopify.com/jsrates-shipping-rates). JsRates is designed for custom shipping rate solutions. We can use inventory and other information to define the delivery dates. You will need third-party carrier calculated shipping (CCS) feature activated in your store to display the rates (delivery date) at checkout.
