i ordered 2 items from the turtle wax store. i was not expecting them to deliver at a p.o. box somewhere in west sacramento california. and i live here in alameda california. i already contacted through official channels to request a refund because theres no way i will be picking up said items anytime soon. has this issue ever happened before? terrible way to conduct business. i wont be ordering directly from the store in near future
