My website is live since sunday. Had a few orders. All went fine.
Now someone ordered and immediatly chose shoppay, paypal or Gpay.
As shown on my printscreen, under checkout you can immediatly choose these payment option.
She chose Gpay, and never got the delivery options (either for free when collecting , or you pay for delivery service). In the images shown, I opened the “choose delivery option” but nothing shows…
If you click on checkout first and go on from there, everything is fine and all options are shown correctly.
Can someone please help me?
