I have a few orders that have been delivered, but Shopify doesn’t show them as delivered, only fulfilled. This is happening in orders that have “Other tracking” and I believe may have something to do with it being LTL or TL shipping. I did find this documentation, but there was nowhere for me to mark it as delivered and I can’t find anywhere to do that. How do I fix that and why is that occurring?

Check the tracking link (outside of Shopify). It sounds like they are pulling information from there, based on the shipping carrier and tracking you entered.
If that’s the case, you would want to contact the shipping company to see why it’s not showing delivered, when it was actually delivered. If it is showing delivered there, or the tracking link from Shopify does not work, it likely means the carrier map they have that generates a tracking url based on the company and tracking is broken.
We’ve seen that a lot. Here are the possible solutions:

Contact Shopify support to let them know that the tracking link generator is not working correctly for that specific carrier

Create a test order and enter different carrier names and the tracking to find the one that generates the correct url
Since you have “Other tracking”, it’s possible that they cannot generate the link. In that case you would probably have to enter the tracking url manually, that you’re getting from the shipping company.
