Denied Google AdsSense without clear reason

Topic summary

A user’s website (lifewiththebige.com) was rejected by Google without a clear explanation of which policies were violated. The site owner believes their content is appropriate (“rated G”) and cannot identify any violations after reviewing Google’s policy documentation.

Key confusion identified:

  • The original post conflates Google AdSense (for publishers) with Google Ads (for advertisers)
  • A community member clarified this distinction and suggested the issue likely involves Google Ads suspension rather than AdSense rejection

Recommended next step:
Follow Google’s official troubleshooting guide for suspended Google Ads accounts to understand the specific policy violations and appeal process.

Status: Unresolved - awaiting user clarification on whether this is an AdSense or Google Ads issue, and further investigation into specific policy violations.

I don’t know which policies I violated.

My website is https://lifewiththebige.com . I received a message from Google Ads saying that they cannot approve my site due to policy issues. To me, my site is rated G. I don’t seem to be making any of the violations that I just read through in the link provided. Please help! What do I do? How do i get a direct response from Google about which policies I violated.

Hello Natzer, thank you for your question.

In your title you talk about Google Adsense, please note, this is for website publishers.

But in your post you talk about Google Ads, so I am guessing you are talking about Google Ads suspension. If so, I recommend you follow the troubleshooting steps here: https://support.google.com/google-ads/community-guide/250291354?hl=en
