Hey everyone,

My font is various sizes in my description box. This happened with another product and I deleted the font, re typed it and it worked fine. I’ve just done that again after copying and pasting didn’t work and it’s finally fixed itself. My question is, why does it keep doing this when it was initially fine? I haven’t uploaded any new apps recently or done any new updates, nothing correlates between the 2. Also, I only just happened to find these things by browsing for other details. Do I need to go and check every product on my shop and retype in every description every 2 weeks “just in case”

None of the bot suggestions helped and I find it really frustrating if this is the only way I’m able to fix it. It looks really unprofessional especially when I don’t know that it’s happened.

I’ve attached 2 screenshots from when this has happened. I even changed themes and it was still the same. Tell me I’m not the only one and someone’s figured out why it does this :disappointed_face: (Themes were DAWN and it carried over to CRAFT)

You copied HTML on your product description, which caused this issue. Please edit the product description and clear the HTML elements to solve your problem.

Thanks, I hope it doesn’t happen again but if it does I’ll try this. Would there be a reason it just suddenly changed?

If you copy description from 3rd party site, it would copy HTML elements to so I recommend you clear format of HMTL after copying if you see the issue
