Can anyone give me some pointers as to why I’m getting traffic but not conversions, on my end everything looks good (shipping, taxes, etc.) so I feel it has to be my overall website design, ANY help would be greatly appreciated!

you can make the banner little less tall and have a slider with game images so first look opening website users can tell what site is about .

you can also add add to cart button on the products so users can direct add items to cart (look for ajax add to cart themes )

make product images bit bigger and try to add some categories on home page.
