Desktop and Mobile Banner Size for Sitar theme..??

hey everyone, I am using Sitar theme, and am confused about the Desktop and mobile size banners..

I tried 1900 * 800px for Desktop and for mobile 350px * 200px but not fitted, its croping the text and design..

Please confirm me what should be the Size for Sitar theme..
