Shopify’s default reports have certain limitations when it comes to customization.

If you are seeking a third-party reporting tool, consider Report Pundit. We can generate reports with the custom data you’ve mentioned.

Part of the issue is that the customer isn’t charged for a product, they are charged for an order. So if a customer places an order with 3 products, it generally only has one transaction, with a single payout and a single transaction fee.
