Hello,
I’ve recently been working on a custom Shopify theme for a client, using the free development stores. Each time I set up a store, after 24 hours I am unable to log back in. And it says it is “inactive”. When I try to log in, I receive this message:
"There’s a problem loading this page
Your account XXX doesn’t have permission to view this page. Try using a different account or going back to the Stores List page."
This has happened 2 times over the past 72 hours. I’m essentially locked out of the store, however I can still see the stores listed in my admin panel. I’m just unable to view or edit them in any way.
Has this happened to anyone else? I am not violating any terms of service.
