Hi there. I need some help to set up the shipping properly. I have installed and connected the DHL app (official “Post & DHL Shipping”). All fine here, it´s connected to our account, the participations show up with Paket, Return and so on and with our billign numbers. All fine. As the “setup shipping rates preferences” Post & DHL Shipping is enabled. All other preferences and settings are set up according to the DHL instructions. By the way, we are on the PLUS plan.
However, when I go to Shipping and delivery under settings and click on the general shipping rates, under Germany I can see Post & DHL Shipping, but “0 services”. It seems it`s not connected properly. When trying to order, it says that shipment is not available for this location. However, the location (Germany) has been set. What I am missing? Thanks.
