I am trying to set up my Shopify account to start my business. However, when trying to check how much it will cost for shipping using DHL discounted rates, the system doesn’t allow me to enter the country of origin (China). Any ideas? Or maybe you can help me to know how much it costs to ship from Shanghai to Amman, Jordan for a standard shoe parcel.

As per the info, you won’t be able to ship with DHL from China. It only supports shipping from the US. If you can get a DHL business account with discounted rates, it will be possible to connect that account to your Shopify store using our shipping application for the origin address in Shanghai, China.
