I just want to cry now, please tell me there is some way to fix this.
I just wanted to reduce all my prices with 10% so I downloaded the product file, made the price changes, and re uploaded. It wouldn’t accept the upload as the handles were they same so I retried and chose the OVERWRITE option.
Well, that overwrote/blanked out all my meta data fields… which is my warehouse location hence I now have thousands of SKUs across 3 warehouses and no idea where to find anything. It also deleted everything except the main image on my products.
Is there any way to do a roll back??
For those who dont know, the custom meta data fields are NOT part of the bulk export file, hence I actually have no backup of the meta data.
The images are not as urgent as the meta data, but I actually don’t know why they disappeared as I uploaded the same file as I downloaded, only with the price changes.
I have delivery guys standing in the shop now waiting for all my daily orders, but I CAN"T FIND ANYTHING IN THE WAREHOUSE
