Thank you for sharing a link to the store you purchased from and the details of your concern. I understand that you purchased an item from this store but didn’t receive it. That is never a great position to be in.

In this situation, if you are not able to contact the merchant directly for help with your order I would instead encourage you to contact your bank or credit card provider to reverse the payment you made.
