Did I correctly switch to Bankful for my payment processing?

I NEED SOMEONE TO MAKE SURE I SWITCHED THE BANKFUL PROPERLY, HAD A SALE TODAY AND IT WOULDNT PROCESS CUSTOMER RCVD A SHIPPING MSGE, THAT WASNT HAPPENING TIL I DID THE BANKFUL CRAP. IM EXTRA FRUSTRATED WITH ALL THESE UPDATES GOING ON, NOW SEZZLE IS NEEDING TO BE UPDATED. I’M REALLY READY TO THROW MY LAPTOP OUT THE DOOR. PLEASE JUST FIX IT JESUS, I CANT TAKE THIS ANOTHER HOUR OF MY TIME AND TRYING TRYING TO FIND YOU ALL …THANK YOU
