Has anyone bought from this store (store+91462959380@t.shopifyemail.com) I bought a toddler indoor bouncy house from them and the store link and tracking number comes back as ( Something went wrong.)
Anyone know what I can do?
Hello there @marianam2013 I think a good option would be to get in touch with the payment service provider you used to make the order and try to do some tracking from there. You should also make a report to Shopify support if you haven’t done so already.
Sorry to hear about your experience. There are a lot of scams online.
That email is the default when the store does not set their email correctly. Can you share a real store link? Even if it returns that error page.
Also, there is a small chance they do have a real issue with the store but most likely store has been reported and closed down.
You can still try to contact Shopify on https://www.shopify.com/legal/tools/report-an-issue/report-a-merchant and try “Issue with an order” or “Fraud”.
I hope you can get your money back.
