Breathe, that email address is legit, not a scam sign. t.shopifyemail.com is Shopify’s own official domain for sending store order emails, and the store+numbers@t.shopifyemail.com format is just the normal default that shows up when a shop hasn’t set up its own custom sender address. So getting your confirmation, invoice and proof of payment from that address is completely expected for a real Shopify order, it actually means your order went through a genuine Shopify checkout.
The only thing that really matters for “will I get my album” is whether the store itself is legit and ships, which is true of any shop anywhere, but that email domain is not evidence of anything shady. If it’s an official band or merch store, you’re almost certainly fine. Just keep that confirmation and receipt, watch for a shipping or tracking email, and if the item somehow never turns up, you’ve got proof of payment so you can dispute the charge with your bank or card provider. But from what you’ve described there’s no red flag here, that address is Shopify’s real one.

Shopify does not vouch for merchants, nor do they vet the stores. It’s up to you to do your own due diligence and protect your money.

I sent myself an order confirmation from my own store: the sender was store+68540465329@t.shopifyemail.com
Even people can fake The From line. But they can’t the fake signature.
Find out who the merchant really is.
Click the small arrow under the sender name. Shopify puts the merchant’s own contact address in reply-to. In this community post the reply-to was fastingfast2@gmail.com, and that, not the shopifyemail.com domain, was the actual red flag.

Welcome to the community.
You did not mention a domain name/URL, so maybe I am guessing, but https://www.twentyonepilotsstore.fr/ looks legit. The domain is over two years old, and they have proper contact information.
But that email for most customers would be very suspicious, so I think it is a bit of neglect. As they could set the store and email so you get an email form thieer domain. And usually it is one of the red flags for me. Like Maximus said, “doesn’t mean that it’s not a scam store”. If they were scammers, domain age could be about a month, red flag; contact just Gmail, another red flag.
But I think they just setup store and leave it. Email not sorted, Dawn theme not updated. So just oversight I think.

You’re probably fine. The @t.shopifyemail.com address is commonly used by Shopify Email to send order confirmations on behalf of stores. Many legitimate Shopify stores send confirmation emails from addresses like store+...@t.shopifyemail.com instead of their own domain.
The important things to check are:
- Did you order from the official Twenty One Pilots French store?
- Does the order appear in your account on the store (if you created one)?
- Does the invoice match what you purchased?
If all of those check out, the email address alone isn’t a red flag. If you’re still unsure, contact the store directly using the contact information listed on their official website and ask them to confirm your order number.
