As @Zworthkey mentioned, Shopify does not provide you with an EIN. An EIN, or an Employer Identification Number is issued by the IRS, and you can read more about this on the IRS website here.
You are required to provide Shopify with a business tax number (whether that’s an SSN or EIN) when setting up Shopify Payments, which may be what you’re referring to. You won’t be able to retrieve the information you entered in from your admin, but if you get in touch with our live Support team through the Help Center they’ll work with our Payments team to get you the information you need.
