Did tuurf e store confirm your payment for a sofa set?

I have paid to tuurf e store rs 1999 for sofa set via paytm but they did not confirmed the payment received nor they delivered the order.> > Pls support I am feeling cheated> > Pls refund my payment or send my item

It sounds like you have ordered from a store you believe is using Shopify, and have yet to receive the order. I am sorry to hear about this and I understand it can be a frustrating time when something like this happens.

Just to provide some context - Shopify is the eCommerce platform that many businesses use to sell their products online. We are not involved in the day to day running of the businesses, and we do not ship orders ourselves or deal with returns etc. as that is the sole responsibility of the business themselves. We do not have the ability to refund or cancel any orders as this process is between the buyer and the store.

The best course of action is usually to try to get in contact with the store and ask them for an update (there is often a logical explanation for delays like this such as shipping delays etc).

You mentioned that you didn’t receive any payment confirmation - have you checked your spam/promotional email folders for the Order Confirmation email? If you find this, you can usually reply directly to that email which will be received by the store. Looking on the store website for a ‘Contact Us’ page or other form of contact options such as social media links will also be a good idea. If you have already tried all of these contact options and heard nothing back from the store, and it has been more than 30 days since you placed the order, then you can feel free to report the store here to flag this with us internally. We do not condone or endorse any fraudulent activity on the platform, and we take these reports seriously. After doing this I would recommend reaching out to your bank to discuss your options going forward.

Sir i have already tried everything
I have mailed to unique home decor, had Facebook chat but only two times
they replied but then they are not responding
And I have complained to tuurf e store from whom I ordered bug but they did
not reply once after receiving money. For taking money they were active but
soon after that they not even responded to my order.
Sir I have been cheated and this is not acceptable. I am attaching payment
details.

Thanks for letting me know that you have already tried to contact the store. I am sorry to hear about this experience, and I understand it is certainly not acceptable.

We take reports of fraud on Shopify extremely seriously so if you have not already reported the store using my link above, please do so as it will allow us to take a closer look into the store in question.

I do wish I could help you with obtaining a refund, however please understand that Shopify does not have the ability to do this, as it is the business themselves who are responsible for the order & returns process.

As I mentioned if it has been more than 30 days, and you have had no correspondence from the store, and have not received the order, then I would highly encourage you to reach out to your bank. They will be able to discuss any possible next steps for you to take and can advise if a refund is possible.

I have mailed and chat with tuurf e store and it’s alliance platforms for
the fraud done.
I have also complained to paytm for allowing such platforms to be paid. But
all are just not helping me out with final solution. I need my money back.
