Hi, so I ordered a privacy screen phone case off a site via TikTok but didn’t get a confirmation email. This was on 7/02/2022. The payment has come out of my bank account and shows that the person selling it does so via this website. I will attach a screen shot of what it shows on my bank. £17.99 is a lot of money to just waste so ideally I’d like to be able to get my item or a refund but I have no idea where to start.

Have you tried contacting the store directly? In most cases, you can contact a store using the following methods:

I didn’t have a confirmation email with an order number and not sure where it was from as it was done via TikTok but on my bank statement it says shopify xx
