Just to confirm you understand the form in that link goes to the merchant, not to Shopify. If you want to file a fraud report, go to Fraud - Shopify - You should also contact your bank and file a Charge Back.
As for the store link provided, there is an incredible about of red flags. Looks like a dropshipping scheme at best. Sucks and no one should be scammed but we really do need to do our own due diligence. Unfortunately Shopify is not on your side. They generally don’t force refunds. Your purchase is mainly between you, your bank, and the merchant. Shopify is just the platform. Like a mall. Your bank will be your best option to get your money back.
