Difference in live order screen and reports

Have been trying to use the reports function to work out specific stock that is at an unfulfilled status, mainly for our Easter production.

Seeing a time delay of up to two to three days of orders that are showing as fulfilled in the orders screen, but are still showing as unfulfilled when running a report of what has an “unfulfilled” status.

For example ran the report yesterday evening, with 5 unfulfilled orders, approximately 12 products required, but the report generate, was showing about 70 unfulfilled orders and 200 products required for those orders.
