Different Image with text overlay for mobile and desktop

Hi, i have read multiple threads on how to have a different image display on mobile and desktop but it doesn’t seem to work to my frustration.

I’m using the debut theme and wanting to change my section - image with text overlay so it displays a different image when viewed from mobile

Hi, I tried that and it did work however the size of my banner image has no decreased and is not full width of the screen? any idea how to resolve this? @KetanKumar
