Different logo per Country (not Market)

In our theme settings I see we can switch market and choose a different logo for each one.

However in our EU market we have sepearate 20 countries and I’d like to show a different logo for each of those 20.

I know we could acheive this by changing our Shopify plan and creating 20 separate markets but that’s overkill jus to solve this and would be very expensive.

Is there some way of doing this in the settings, possibly by using the dynamic sources and referencing those once I upload each into the admin?

Or if not could this be hard coded in the liquid files?

No that won’t work. As mentioned in my post I know how to change it per Market. This is about changing it per Country WITHIN a Market
