i have 3 different products in one collection, but when i edit one product information in the template, all the other products use that information, i can’t seem to have different information for different product. Please advise. Thanks
The template can apply to several products.
By default, there is only one product template and it applies to all products in your store.
So, when you’re creating new sections in template, add images and type textual data, it applies to all products with the same template.
Easy solution is to create several templates and assign to different products. Note though that there is a limited number of templates so this solution will only work if you have a handful of products. It’s also cumbersome to manage dozens of templates.
Better option is to use product data, including metafields as dynamic sources for section information – this way it is possible to have one template but show different data.

You can easily display different information for each product by using Easify Product Options, rather than editing your Shopify template directly. Here’s how it works — it’s the same approach I used in the trophy demo you saw:

With Easify, you can create a separate Option Set for each product and assign it to the specific item you want. This allows every product to have its own unique content, options, or display information - without affecting any other products in the collection.
You simply go to Easify => Option Sets => Create Option Set, add the content or options you need, and assign it to the specific product. The other products won’t be affected, because each one uses its own independent option set.
