we have an international setup where we have different domains running for different locations even sometimes with different Logos and brand names. As we have setuped the different markets with the markets feature from shopify we struggle with the order confirmation mails at the moment.
I can only find one option for the sender mail which is then used for every market.
Is there a way to have different sender email for every single market?
No, unfortunately tha tis not possible even in shopify plus.
I have struggled a lot for this past few months and made a lot of research as I was looking for the same thing for one of my shopify plus client.
There are two things that you can try:
Custom app can solve this problem
As Shopify plus allows 10 different stores within the same organization, you can make different stores based on the different emails and markets you want to use.
But my recommendation is to go with custom app which is more feasible.
