I couldn’t find a solution to a Shopify site we are currently developing:

Customer wants to integrate with ebay (other apps will be added later on)

Some of the products will be synced with only ebay
-
Some of the products will be sold only in ebay but not in Shopify
-
Some of the products will be sold on both Shopify and ebay
-
All the inventory control will be done in Shopify

The products which will not be available in Shopify should not be displayed in Shopify. We are thinking of putting them in to a seperate collection say “ebay Collection” and they will have positive stock values but should not be displayed in the search results of Shopify Online Store.

The products that will be both available both in Shopify and ebay to be placed to several different collections and the inventory to be updated accordingly.
