We had tested the Digital Download app several months ago and it worked well. Today when we went in to get ready to make our Product live, we can no longer see the Digital Download area. I uninstalled and reinstalled the App but the section on the Product page is no longer visible. I tried creating a new Product and the section does not display. I am using most recent version of Chrome Browser. I have sent a note to the Developer. Anyone else having the issue or potential solution? Thank you.

The first thing you have to do is to contact the developers of the Digital Download app. Maybe they made an app update recently which causes this issue. Anyway, they will check and let you know where exactly the problem is.
