first time using the shopify digital download app, seemed to be going smoothly at first, uploaded the pdf file for a product & wanted to test it out so I purchased the digital file myself. Went to open the file in email after purchasing and it was all a bunch of letters & numbers - not my file at all.
tried reuploading, tried making a new product with the digital file, still the same.
tried using other digital download apps, those never even sent an email with the attachment to download.
What am I doing wrong?
