Digital receipts for POS are only useful if they’re actionable when you need them. The digital receipts don’t have barcodes, so it’s not possible to quickly use the receipt in POS. Printed receipts have a barcode that immediately allows you to scan into the transaction to process a return. Until digital receipts have the same functionality - they’re worthless. This is a half-baked feature rollout with the Summer Edition rollout, andi is actually just increasing problems in our store.
