Direct Collection List to a Page instead of Collection

Hello,

I have 4 collections that are displayed on my homepage in the Collection list area (see screenshot). Right now these link to the a page with all the products that fall into that collection.

I’d like to instead link these to a page which will show the sub-collections rather than all the products. Is there a way to change where these items link to?

For example, instead of “Camping & Hiking Gear” going to the collection page (/collections/camping-hiking-gear) which has all the camping & hiking products, I’d like it to go to a page I created that displays the sub-collections, like Backpacks, Stoves, Tents (/pages/camping-hiking-gear), and then those take you to all the products .

Is that possible?

Yes, it’s possible. It’ll require some coding and adding a section displaying all the sub-collections. You can contact me on my mail then we can discuss it in detail.
