wir vertreiben unsere Produkte über den im DACH-Raum recht etablierten nachhaltigen Marktplatz “Avocadostore”. Aktuell haben wir diesen Marktplatz über Billbee angeschlossen. Wir würden diesen aber gerne aus verschiedenen Gründen direkt an Shopify anschließen.
Der Avocadostore selbst hat mir keine Hoffnung gemacht, dass es dieses Jahr noch eine direkte Schnittstelle zu Shopify geben wird (zum Beispiel per Public App).
Ich bin kein Entwickler, ich stelle mir die Schnittstelle aber recht simpel umsetzbar vor.
Folgendes muss die Schnittstelle lediglich leisten:
Ordern vom Avocadostore importieren (Amazon-Kompatible CSV) und in Shopify mit entsprechendem Tag und Bestellnummer anlegen (inklusive Attribut-Mapping)
Eine CSV bereitstellen, in der der aktuelle Stock pro SKU abgerufen werden kann (csv mit 2 Spalten → sku,stock)
Eine CSV bereitstellen, in der die DHL Trackingnummern aller Avocadostore-Ordern abrufbar sind (csv mit 2 Spalten → bestellnummer,tracking-id)
Nun zu meinen Fragen:
Da der Avocadostore ein recht großer Marktplatz ist, hoffe ich, dass vielleicht schon jemand eine solche Lösung gebastelt hat!?
Gibt es hier jemanden der/die eine solche Schnittstelle basteln kann? Wenn ja, wie schätzt ihr den Aufwand dafür ein? Stelle ich mir das zu einfach vor?
Danke für die Angaben und wenn für euch eine Shop-Sync App wie Matrixify nicht in Frage kommt, dann scheint eine “benutzerdefinierte App” die Lösung für euch zu sein. Diese ist eine App, die von dir oder einem Entwickler ausschließlich für deinen Shopify-Shop entwickelt wird (im Gegensatz zu öffentlichen Apps, die für mehrere Shops entwickelt werden). Du kannst mit benutzerdefinierten Apps Funktionen zum Shopify-Adminbereich hinzufügen, über Shopify-APIs direkt auf Daten aus dem Onlineshop zugreifen oder diesen mit der Storefront-API auf andere Plattformen wie Avocadostore ausdehnen.

Matrixify schaue ich mir nochmal genauer an. Hier wird es darauf ankommen, ob Matrixify die Ordern aus einem Webhook auslesen und URLs bereitstellen kann, die zu CSV-Dateien verlinken. Das ist aus dem Hilfe-Bereich nicht ganze zu erschließen.
Der @Renars und der @Maris sind m. E. Entwickler bei Matrixify und Mitglieder hier in der Community. Die werden dir bestimmt weiterhelfen können denn ich habe sie jetzt hier getaggt.
Hallo @flonomao , Advocadostore hat bereits vor längerer Zeit eine Integrationsmöglichkeit für Shopify angekündigt, leider steckt das Projekt dort noch in den Kinderschuhen. Wir könnten für dich eine maßgeschneiderte Lösung via Shopify Admin-API aufbauen. Hoffe natürlich das du bei Matrixify weiterkommst, falls nicht, einfach durchfunken.

You sure can bulk import Orders with Matrixify into your store and you can also set up repeated imports from URL that returns the CSV file.
The main problem here would be that the file you wish to import needs to be in the Matrixify Orders template. So you would need to have the file already formatted as per our Orders template - column headers and construction needs to be correct so that the app can read the import file.
If you can set up such export in the current platform to return a public link to a file that is in the correct template, then you should be able to set up import from the URL in the app.
For the export data - you sure can export both SKU with stock and Order Name with Tracking number using our app. That would be as simple as creating new export in the app, selecting to export Products, under Products opening the Advanced tab, and selecting to export only Variant SKU and Variant Inventory Qty fields. So exported file will only have those two columns.
The same for orders, create new export, select to export Orders, and under Orders select to export only columns Name and Fulfillment: Tracking Number.
I would suggest playing around with this using our app. We do offer a Demo plan where you can test the app for as long as you need and for as many imports/exports as you need up to 10 items per import/export.
@flonomao - did you manage to find a solution? We are a Danish company launching on Avocadostore soon and I’m hoping to set up an automated flow to our Shopify shop.

we did not find a smooth solution yet. What’s super easy with apps like matrixify is to share inventory and shipping (tracking id) information to Avocadostore.
The crucial thing is to import the orders from Avocadostore in a format that Shopify understands. Matrixify has it’s own template with set attributes and unfortunately doesn’t let you map the different attributes to another.
That means you have to be an Excel (or in this case Google Sheets) crack in order to transform the Avocadostore order export into the Matrixify template (script/macro knowledge needed), which I am not.
I was hoping to find a much easier solution with some kind of visual attribute mapping but did not find anything yet.
If you find a solution or start developing a Google Sheets script, please make sure to loop me in.
Thank you for your swift reply. I see possibilities are there, but it does not sound as easy as I had hoped. We will start out handling orders manually. If the volume increases highly enough, I might look into implementing a solution myself. I will update this thread in case a find a solution
