Help. I really am in the weeds over here.
Hi,** @dkatz684 **.
To clarify, is it only your storefront that has been disabled, or do you also not have access to the backend of your Shopify store?
In either case, generally the Account Owner of the store would have received an email from one of our team members. The email will have more information about the status of your store, and any further context on how you can move forward with the situation. The team that is handling this and who sent out the email would be the best point of contact here. If you’ve received an email from our team, you can directly reply to that email to get in touch with the team member who initially sent out the email.
If you’ve checked your mailbox, including your junk and spam folders, and wasn’t able to locate any email communications from our team in regards to this, you can reach out to our Support Advisor team by visiting our Help Centre here. They can take a look at your account’s email history from our end, and if need be work together with the necessary team to see how we can best proceed with this situation.
Back end? instructions, please. Thank you for responding.

To clarify, are you able to still login to your Shopify admin? If you head to this link here, does it allow you to successfully login to your store at all?
If not, you can proceed by contacting our Support Team as mentioned in my earlier reply. You’ll still be able to get in touch with our Support Team without logging in to your store, but we may need to authenticate you against the correct store once you reach us and before we can speak about account-specific matters.
Hello Kimi, thank you for your response. I think I figured it out and I
betcha that this has happened to many people. I am still in my trial period
and my account needs to shift from trial to regular business. I am waiting
to see what happens when my account is fully in the pay plan stage. But, my
store must be working because I made my first sale in Algeria today,
woo-hoo.
I’m glad you were able to figure it out,** @dkatz684 **! Congratulations on your first sale too, amazing to hear that!
