Disabled Store While changing billing card

I am writing to urgently seek your assistance regarding an issue we are currently facing with our Shopify store.

While in the process of updating our billing card information, our store has been unexpectedly disabled. This situation has left us unable to access our store and manage essential operations, causing considerable disruption to our business.

We understand the importance of maintaining accurate billing information and are committed to resolving any issues promptly. However, the sudden disabling of our store has significantly impacted our ability to serve our customers and manage our online presence effectively.

We kindly request your immediate intervention to reactivate our store and provide guidance on how we can successfully update our billing card information without further disruption. Its been 20 days and we are not getting any response from merchant trust team

And another one… smh. And let me guess, you still haven’t got this resolved?

It’s been almost 14 days with no answer for me.

I have an update on my end. I finally have heard back from them, and they
have finally released my money. Wasn’t really given a clear explanation as
to why that happened other then “a standard review”.. it just seems odd
that they did that to me right before my first payment.

Have you been persistent about contacting them? They left my in the limbo
for approx a week, and I contacted them multiple times a day, everyday
while waiting. Be persistent. Try not to be rude, as I know cursing someone
out was my first thought, but that won’t help anything. Just remain
persistent and respectful. Good luck, keep me posted.
