Disabling multiple tags selection on front end

Dear Shopify community,

I’m looking for a potential tweak to disable multiple tags’ selection on front end. E.g. - i’m building a grocery shop and I would like to allow the customer to select only one tag at a time not multiple ones in order to display specific category of products (salads, fish, fruits & veg etc). Is there a configurable setting to deactivate multiple tag selection? Thanks a lot
