Hello. We currently have around 20 products that are on “pre-sale” for another few weeks. Is there a way to turn off the “pickup in store” option from displaying on the product page and in/at cart/checkout?

Hiding on the product page should be fairly simple - if you tag the products with let’s say “Disable Pick Up In Store” then in your product page liquid you can hide the pick up in store piece for those products.
Blocking it in the checkout will be a little more complicated - you’ll probably need an app that uses the cart validation function to also look for that tag and block pick up in store for those items.
It’s possible that one of these checkout rules apps has that functionality already in place. If not you’d need a custom app.
