Disconnect Facebook Commerce from Shopify (Closed store)

I closed my store with shopify earlier this year and I moved to woocommerce(which was a mistake).

I didnt disconnect the Facebook commerce and catalog with shopify.

Kindly advise how to go about this?

When you deactivate your commerce account, you remove it and all Shops connected to your account. Your Facebook Pages, Instagram profiles, catalog, ad, and business accounts will no longer be connected to your commerce account.

**To deactivate your commerce account:**1. Go to Commerce Manager and select your shop.

  1. In the left-hand menu, click Settings.
  2. Click Edit in the top-right of the Commerce Account Info section.
  3. Click Deactivate Commerce Account.
  4. Enter your Facebook password and click Confirm.
  5. Choose an option from the Reason for Deactivating Account dropdown, or provide your own.
  6. Click Deactivate Account.

I do not have the option to deactivate commerce account and Facebook advised that I need to disconnect it here on Shopify first. I do not see an option to do that. Please advise.

Again, I do not have that option to Deactivate Commerce Account on Facebook and Facebook Support says I need to disconnect the two (Shopify and Facebook) here in Shopify first. I do not see anywhere in my account where they are connected at all. I have 2 inactive stores and cannot access either since they are inactive without paying again. I just want everything Shopify removed from my account. How do I do that please?

The Facebook Channel will need to be removed entirely from your store, this can be done by deleting the channel via the Apps section of your store.

Seeing as both your stores are inactive, you will need to get in touch with our live chat support team who will be able to grant you temporary access so you are able to remove the Facebook channel.
