My Business Manager was restricted because they asked for verification and I didn’t see it as i wasn’t running ads at the time and now I can’t get the catalogue back as it’s attached to that Business Manager. I want to attached it to my Shopify.
I have started a new Business Manager and tried sharing the catalogue from the other Business Manager as well as creating a new one within the new Business Manager too. Shopify still isn’t recognising either of them and said I have to contact FB. Is there a way to fix this?
We have contacted Facebook but they have only suggested that we share the catalogue, But as we are doing so from a restricted account we are not having any luck. What are my options in terms of disconnecting and old catalogue from a restricted account. Can anyone help me?
