Looking for a Shopify App and not necessarily a custome solution… But open to anything.
I am looking to create an automated POS Discount based on a Variant Metafield value. We are a Brick and Mortar store first and foremost just poved to Shopify POS… Having been using the website for years.
Our store has a significant in-store sale section, many items are MAP protected and can not be discounted online but we are trying to clear out the last few in-store at a discount… Think hundreds of products not tens of products.
So is there an app that would automate a discount at the POS only based on a Variant Metafield? For instance, create a Variant Metafield called POS Discount and the price listed would be the price at POS. Or it could be discount listed is the discount at POS.
Regios: Can do the Variant Metafield discount, but it applies both at the POS and at checkout online… Don’t have option for POS only.
Cost +: Can do it in-cart only, but it is not automated and staff must select a discount tile when ringing a customer up at the POS.
Selly: Can do it, but not through Variant Metafield, you need to hand select each product variant. And then you can’t really pull a report on what is currently discounted and what is not.
Are there any apps I am missing? Any suggestions? Ideas?
