Discount Code for POS (Buy 1 and 2nd item get 50% discount)

Hi there,

I’m wondering how can I setup the “Discount Code” (which is not automatic discount).

The discount I want is "Buy 1st item (from A collection) get 50% discount on 2nd item (from A collection). I’m trying to set Buy X get Y discount, but when I use that code on POS the screen shows that it’s invalid code.

Shopify support team told me that “Buy X get Y code” is not applicable for POS, so I’m not sure if this is correct or not?

This is how I’ve set on Shopify Admin:

Please help.

We are having the same issue.
Our codes show that they are set up for POS, but we can’t use them on the POS manually or set them up as buttons. Very frustrating.

Just curious, did you every find a solution for this? I’m having the same problem and the agent on support chat said “it’s been a problem for a long time” but had no solution.
