I’d need more information about the discount setup and the event that triggers the error to provide the best advice possible. This error may show up for a few reasons.

What type of discount is in question? If you could share your store link and tell me which products should be in the cart and what discount code should be added to work? I will try to replicate it on my end then.

Testing didn’t yield any results for me. However, there could be a few different reasons for this error to show up. For example, it could be that the product may not be in the collection appointed to the discount or that the product itself doesn’t meet all the discount conditions.

We cannot access the admin link you shared over Community for security and privacy reasons. It would be helpful if you could send us a screenshot of your discount setup in the admin to revise.

You can always contact our Advisors team via live channels on this link for immediate assistance. Once you log in, select the topic you’d like to discuss with the Support Advisor. In your case, click on Account.
