i opened my new store with you about two days ago, iam trying to use discount code for buying 2 products but when i test it it gives me error(( discount code isn’t valid for the items in your cart))
Can you please help asap

Your store is not visible for us, but I would recommend you to check your discount rules and see what products you have actually added to those discount codes. Also are you adding the discount code via the checkout or via the theme cart?
hi not sure why you cannt see my store , i apply the discount at checkout where its asking for discount code

I see why I couldn’t see your store. You placed the admin link and not the storefront.
You can go to your ‘Admin’ > ‘Discounts’ > go to the discount codes you want to use and see if the settings are correct.

So after you send me the screenshot I see what the issue is. You have set up a BOGO code so if you buy 2 you will get 2 with a discount. However for this code to work you will need to add 4 products into your card.
The discount code does not automatically add these products to your card.
