I’ve sent out my first discount code and am noticing that its not allowing me to use it using my email address already on the customer list. A customer on the discount list also had a similar issue. After setting it to ‘all customers’ it became active for me. I checked that my email address and the customers was on the list. My partners email was not on the list and he was able to get it to work.
Is there there something im missing for this to work next time?
