Discount Code "Isn't valid for the Items in your cart"

Hello,

I created a discount code that is 10% off of $50 and I tested it and it’s saying “discount code isn’t valid for the items in your cart” but I’ve set it up to apply to all my collections (at least I think I did). I cannot see anything wrong with it. Also, I want the 10% to apply to the total order not just one item as it seems to be doing. Please help!

Hello, I’m having the same problem. I created a Buy 1 item Get 1 Free item coupon but I’m getting the same error: Discount code isn’t valid for the items in your cart Can anyone help?
